Provider
These terms are between you and DivideByZero (eenmanszaak), trading as pingmi.at. Contact: support@pingmi.at.
Definitions

User: Someone who has an account and uses pingmi.at (messaging, booking, subscriptions).

Visitor: Someone who sends a message or books a meeting via a User’s pingmi.at page.

Content: Anything you or a Visitor submits (messages, booking details, profile or calendar data).

Subscription: A paid plan for access to features that require payment.
The service
pingmi.at provides:

Messaging: Visitors can send messages to a User’s connected Telegram account. Message content is processed only until delivery is attempted or completed, then deleted.

Booking: Users can share availability and let Visitors book meetings (e.g. via Google or Microsoft calendar). Availability and event creation depend on your calendar and settings.
Some features require a paid Subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, login details, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Send spam, harass, or abuse others.
- Distribute illegal content or promote illegal activity.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Scrape, overload, or circumvent the service or its security.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or pose a security or legal risk.
Message delivery
Message delivery is best-effort. We do not guarantee delivery time, and delivery can be delayed or limited by rate limits, Telegram, or other factors outside our control.
Booking
Booking availability and event creation depend on your connected calendars and your settings. You are responsible for your calendar data and booking configuration. We do not guarantee that every booking will sync correctly with every calendar or email provider.
Subscriptions and billing

Billing is handled by Stripe. You agree to Stripe’s terms for payment processing.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be clear and easy to do online (e.g. in account settings or via a dedicated cancellation flow). Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless we state otherwise.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

Taxes / VAT: Taxes are not included in the price. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes or VAT.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access for: abuse, breach of these terms, non-payment, security risk, or to comply with law. You can close your account at any time. On termination, our data retention and deletion practices follow our Privacy Policy.
Data and privacy
What we collect, how we use it, and your rights are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service you agree to that processing.
Intellectual property and content
You keep ownership of your Content. You give us the rights we need to operate the service (e.g. to send messages, create calendar events, store configuration). We own the pingmi.at website, software, and branding.
Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g. lost profit, data loss).

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 1 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (e.g. death or personal injury).

Changes to the terms
We may change these terms. We will publish the new version on the site and indicate the effective date. If you keep using the service after the change, you accept the new terms. For material changes we may notify you by email or a prominent notice; where the law requires it, we may ask you to accept the new terms explicitly.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
